How We Train Our People

Every new operative joining Macbrook spends 1–2 weeks at the Academy before heading out on the road.

Here, they gain hands-on experience, customer service skills, and practical knowledge to ensure they’re fully prepared to work in our valued customers’ homes.

The Academy also supports ongoing upskilling, keeping our team aligned with the latest industry standards and regulations.
